Private Internal Use
Lean Income is a private/internal tool. Access is limited to authorized users and is not offered as a public software marketplace, public SaaS product, or self-service application.
Authorized QuickBooks Access
Users may only connect QuickBooks Online companies they are authorized to access. Lean Income may access QuickBooks Online accounting data only after the user authorizes access through Intuit OAuth.
Prohibited Use
Unauthorized use, resale, scraping, redistribution, attempts to bypass access controls, and attempts to access another company's data are prohibited.
AI-Assisted Output
Lean Income may provide AI-assisted suggestions or summaries for authorized internal review. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming any accounting, finance, or business decision before use. AI-assisted output does not replace professional judgment or QuickBooks source records.
Availability
Lean Income is provided as-is for internal business workflow support, including reporting, reconciliation support, transaction categorization support, payment review, and business health summaries.
